Clayhill Little Farmers Holiday Club
Welcome to Clayhill Little Farmers, where children aged 5-12 can immerse themselves in the joys of farm life. Our holiday club offers a unique blend of outdoor adventures and hands-on learning experiences designed to spark curiosity and foster a love for nature, as well as gain some key life skills in the outdoors, as well as gaining knowledge about farmers and what their role actually entails.
Activities:
Farm Walks: Explore the beautiful countryside around our farm and learn about the animals and plants that call Clayhill home. Minibeast Adventures: Discover the fascinating world of insects and other small creatures. Arts and Crafts: Get creative with farm-inspired arts and crafts projects using our very own sheep and alpaca wool and hay that is made on the farm etc. Outdoor Games: Enjoy a variety of outdoor games, including football, rounders and other classic games, perfect for burning off energy, making new friends and team building. Barn Talks: Learn about farm operations and animal care from our knowledgeable staff. Seed Sowing: Plant seeds and watch them grow, understanding the basics of gardening and agriculture. Orienteering: learn how to read a map, follow a map and great for team building.

Christmas Candle Making Class
Christmas Candle Making Workshop 🌲🕯️
Join us for a cosy, festive evening at Little Clayhill Farm as we welcome Sally from The West Country Candle Co. for a special Christmas candle making workshop.
During the class you will:
Make two beautiful handmade candles
Pour one candle into a vintage teacup
Create a second candle in a charming ramekin
Sally will guide you step-by-step, sharing her tips and tricks so you can feel confident creating your own candles – perfect to keep for yourself or give as thoughtful Christmas gifts.
We’ll keep things merry and bright with festive nibbles and a hot drink included, so you can relax, get creative, and enjoy the warm, Christmassy atmosphere on the farm.
