Clayhill Little Farmers: Farm-Based Holiday Club Club Details: Name: Clayhill Little Farmers Age Range: 5-11 years old Maximum Capacity: 8 children Operating Hours: 9AM to 3:00 PM About Us: Welcome to Clayhill Little Farmers, where children aged 5-11 can immerse themselves in the joys of farm life. Our holiday club offers a unique blend of outdoor adventures and hands-on learning experiences designed to spark curiosity and foster a love for nature, as well as gain some key life skills in the outdoors, as well as gaining knowledge about farmers and what their role actually entails. Activities: Farm Walks: Explore the beautiful countryside around our farm and learn about the animals and plants that call Clayhill home. Minibeast Adventures: Discover the fascinating world of insects and other small creatures. Arts and Crafts: Get creative with farm-inspired arts and crafts projects using our very own sheep and alpaca wool and hay that is made on the farm etc. Outdoor Games: Enjoy a variety of outdoor games, including football, rounders and other classic games, perfect for burning off energy, making new friends and team building. Barn Talks: Learn about farm operations and animal care from our knowledgeable staff. Seed Sowing: Plant seeds and watch them grow, understanding the basics of gardening and agriculture. Orienteering: learn how to read a map, follow a map and great for team building. Additional Information: Packed Lunches: Children should bring their own packed lunches. Qualified Supervision: Our volunteer, who currently works in a school, holds a full DBS check. All staff members are first aid trained and children will be fully supervised at all times. Safety First: Children will not be exposed to machinery that could cause harm. Comprehensive safeguarding measures, health and safety policies, and thorough risk assessments are in place to ensure a safe environment. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to all parties and to ensure that we can continue to offer high-quality programs. Please read the following terms carefully: 1. Cancellation by the Participant: ● Up to 30 Days Before Start Date: Full refund given. ● 14 Days Before Start Date: 50% refund of the total fee. ● 7 Days or Less Before Start Date: No refund - unless exceptional circumstances - under Little Clayhill Farm discretion 2. Cancellation Due to Illness or Emergency: ● If your child is unable to attend due to a medical emergency or serious illness, please provide a doctor’s note. We will offer a full refund or swap to a future session - availability depending. 3. Cancellation by Little Clayhill Farm: ● In the unlikely event that the camp is cancelled by us due to low enrollment, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided. Alternatively, you may choose to apply the full amount to a future date. 4. Switching Sessions: ● Up to 14 Days Before Start Date: If space permits, you may switch to a different session without charge. ● Less Than 14 Days Before Start Date: Switching sessions may incur a small administrative fee and will only be made under the discretion of Little Clayhill Farm, please call to discuss this. 5. Partial Attendance: ● No refunds will be issued for days missed due to holiday, illness (without doctor’s note), or other personal reasons. 6. Refund Process: ● All refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the cancellation request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. 7.
