Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to all parties and to ensure that we can continue to offer high-quality programs. Please read the following terms carefully: 1. Cancellation by the Participant: ● Up to 30 Days Before Start Date: Full refund given. ● 14 Days Before Start Date: 50% refund of the total fee. ● 7 Days or Less Before Start Date: No refund - unless exceptional circumstances - under Little Clayhill Farm discretion 2. Cancellation Due to Illness or Emergency: ● If your child is unable to attend due to a medical emergency or serious illness, please provide a doctor’s note. We will offer a full refund or swap to a future session - availability depending. 3. Cancellation by Little Clayhill Farm: ● In the unlikely event that the party is cancelled by us due to severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided. Alternatively, you may choose to apply the full amount to a future date. 4. Switching Sessions: ● Up to 14 Days Before Start Date: If space permits, you may switch to a different session without charge. ● Less Than 14 Days Before Start Date: Switching sessions may incur a small administrative fee and will only be made under the discretion of Little Clayhill Farm, please call to discuss this. 5. Partial Attendance: ● No refunds will be issued for days missed due to holiday, illness (without doctor’s note), or other personal reasons. 6. Refund Process: ● All refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the cancellation request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. 7.
