You’ll maybe think of rhubarb in terms of pies, crumbles and fools.
Nothing wrong with those stalwart foodstuffs, but here at Box Bush Farm we like to shake things around a bit.
We’ve added it to our beautiful and pure apple juice to create this sublime, refreshing tipple. Just add ice (not custard).
