About Us: Welcome to Clayhill Little Farmers, where children aged 5-11 can immerse themselves in the joys of farm life. Our holiday club offers a unique blend of outdoor adventures and hands-on learning experiences designed to spark curiosity and foster a love for nature, as well as gain some key life skills in the outdoors, as well as gaining knowledge about farmers and what their role actually entails.

Activities:

Farm Walks: Explore the beautiful countryside around our farm and learn about the animals and plants that call Little Clayhill Farm home.

Minibeast Adventures: Discover the fascinating world of insects and other small creatures.

Arts and Crafts: Get creative with farm-inspired arts and crafts projects using our very own sheep and alpaca wool and hay that is made on the farm etc.

Outdoor Games: Enjoy a variety of outdoor games, including football, rounders and other classic games, perfect for burning off energy, making new friends and team building.

Barn Talks: Learn about farm operations and animal care from our knowledgeable staff.

Seed Sowing: Plant seeds and watch them grow, understanding the basics of gardening and agriculture. Orienteering: learn how to read a map, follow a map and great for team building.



Additional Information:

Packed Lunches: Children should bring their own packed lunches. Qualified Supervision: Our volunteer, who currently works in a school, holds a full DBS check. All staff members are first aid trained and children will be fully supervised at all times. Safety First: Children will not be exposed to machinery that could cause harm. Comprehensive safeguarding measures, health and safety policies, and thorough risk assessments are in place to ensure a safe environment.
