Cancellation Policy

By booking the dog walking field, you agree to the following terms. Bookings can ONLY be cancelled or changed up to 24 hours before your session. You must only enter the field during your booked session time. Please do not enter before, even if the field appears empty. You must have fully left the field by the end of your session, including your dog, belongings, and vehicle. Staying beyond your session affects the next customer’s booking and may result in a £20 additional charge. Entering the field without a valid booking may result in a £20 additional charge, as this affects other customers use. Please clean up after your dog and check the field before you leave. Leaving dog poo in the field may result in a £20 surcharge. Use of the field car park and facilities is at your own risk. Customers are responsible for their own safety, their dog’s safety, and the safety of anyone attending with them. Dogs must be kept under control at all times. Customers are responsible for any injury, damage, or incident caused by their dog. While we aim to maintain a secure field, we cannot guarantee that it is escape-proof for every dog. Please check the field is suitable before letting your dog off lead. Please keep the gate closed and locked at all times. Do not allow other customers, dogs, or visitors into the field during your session. Do not share the gate code with anyone else. Any damage to fencing, gates, signs, equipment, or facilities must be reported immediately. Please do not allow your dog to dig. This create holes, trip hazards, and damage to the ground. Customers may be charged for damage caused during their booking, including damage caused by digging. Bookings are for private use by the customer who made the booking. Group use, professional dog walking, or large numbers of dogs must be agreed in advance. Children must be supervised at all times and remain the responsibility of the accompanying adult. Please take all litter home. No smoking, fires, barbecues, alcohol, or dangerous items are allowed in the field. Any dog subject to legal restrictions must comply with all current legal requirements. It is the owner’s responsibility to understand and follow the law relating to their dog. We reserve the right to close the field due to unsafe weather, maintenance, flooding, farm operations, or other circumstances. Please enter your email address correctly when booking.
