This one is super zesty AND zingy, featuring mixed flavours of citrus fruits, apples & peppers with a kick of jalapeno & scotch bonnet chillies. We'd say it's medium in heat, although some who only like to dabble with chilli may refer to it as 'hot'.
 
It's beautiful with a good old chunk of stilton, brie or extra mature west country cheddar and pimps up any burger or sandwich!
 
Jalapeno & Scotch Bonnet Jam is a surprisingly satisfying green colour with an almost jelly texture. It's what we call our fan favourite and is often the first to sell out at markets and food festivals.
