As they say, "There's no smoke without fire", and this sauce is certainly no exception!
 
Fire In The Wookey is a flavoursome blend of smoked red padron peppers, fire flames, scotch bonnets, dried fig, garlic & smoked paprika with a fiery hit of Carolina Reaper, aka 'the world's hottest chilli'.
 
This sauce is named in tribute to Wookey Hole, one of the most famous caves in the Mendips, and a place we both loved visiting as children.
 
We like it large so this bottle is 300ml - that's double the amount of an average artisan chilli sauce bottle!
