If you’re looking for somewhere a little different for a coffee, breakfast, lunch or a slice of cake near Bridgwater, come and visit us at Little Clayhill Farm.

Our farm café and farm shop in Somerset offer a relaxed place to stop, enjoy something to eat and drink, and pick up locally produced food at the same time.

Unlike a high-street café, you’ll be visiting a real working farm, with animals, local produce and plenty happening throughout the year.

A Farm Café Near Bridgwater

Little Clayhill Farm is just outside Bridgwater and is a great place to stop whether you’re meeting a friend for coffee, looking for somewhere for breakfast or lunch, or simply fancy a piece of homemade cake.

Our café serves a selection of hot and cold food, drinks, cakes and snacks, with the menu changing regularly depending on what is available.

You might find everything from breakfast pasties and light lunches to cakes and seasonal specials.

Because we’re a small independent farm café, we like to keep things flexible rather than serving exactly the same menu every day.

Local Food From Our Farm Shop

While you’re here, you can also have a look around our farm shop.

We stock a growing selection of produce including our own farm eggs, lamb and pork, alongside locally sourced beef, vegetables, cakes, ice cream and other products from producers in Somerset and the surrounding area.

For us, the farm shop and café go together.

You can stop for a coffee and something to eat, then take home some local meat, eggs or other produce for later.

We’re always looking for more good local products to add, so what you find on the shelves can change throughout the year.

More Than Just Coffee and Cake

One of the things that makes Little Clayhill Farm slightly different from a normal café is that there’s usually something happening on the farm.

Throughout the year we run events and activities including workshops, farm experiences and seasonal events.

We’ve previously hosted activities such as candle making, wire flower workshops and Christmas wreath making, with more events being added throughout the year.

So even if you’ve visited us before, there’s often a reason to come back.

A Relaxed Somerset Farm Café

We want Little Clayhill Farm to be somewhere people feel comfortable dropping into.

You don’t need a special occasion or a booking to enjoy the café. Come in for a coffee, meet friends, have some lunch or simply stop while you’re out and about around Bridgwater.

Being based on a working farm means we’re a little different from a traditional coffee shop — and that’s exactly how we like it.

There may be animals nearby, tractors moving around the farm and different things happening depending on the season.
